poor soundproofing cramped breakfast
I was a bit let down. The soundproofing wasn't great. i could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway. this made it hard to relax fully, especially in the evenings. also, the breakfast area felt quite cramped during peak hours. it was tough to find a seat sometimes, and i felt a bit rushed to finish my meal.

helpful staff cleaning service strong airconditioner
The staff was very helpful . i needed assistance with directions and they were quick to help. i also appreciated the daily cleaning service. Fresh towels and toiletries were always available. the air conditioning worked very well. the room remained cool even during the hottest part of the day
the street outside was a bit noisy late at night. some people talked loudly as they passed by. it sometimes made it hard to fall asleep before things quieted down.

the hotel enjoys a superb location within walking distance of key attractions. the old town, harbour and several restaurants are easily accessible. it made exploring convenient.
